Privacy Policy
For Rotation Pool Scorer.
Short version: the app keeps your match data on your phone. The only thing it ever sends anywhere is a record of your purchase.
Last updated: August 2026
Where your data lives
Rotation Pool Scorer stores match data 100% on-device in a local SQLite database. Scores, match history, and settings never leave your phone.
No cloud, no analytics, no trackers
There is no cloud sync, no analytics SDK, and no third-party trackers or advertising identifiers in the app. I do not collect usage data. The one exception is purchases, described below.
No account, no login
The app has no sign-up and no login. You are not asked for a name, an email address, or any other personal information to use it.
In-app purchase
If you buy the unlock, the purchase is handled by Apple or Google and is tied to your Apple ID or Google account — not to any account with me. I never see your payment details. The unlock can be restored from Settings on a new device using the same store account.
To keep track of whether you've unlocked the app, I use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives a record of your purchase and an anonymous ID it generates for your device. It does not receive your name, email address, or payment details, and it never sees your match data.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app deletes all data it stored, including your entire match history. There is no copy held anywhere else, so a delete is permanent.
Your purchase record held by RevenueCat is separate from the app and is not removed by uninstalling. To have it deleted, email [email protected] with the Support ID shown in Settings. I'll delete it from RevenueCat, usually within a few days. Deleting it does not refund your purchase, and you may no longer be able to restore the unlock on a new device.
Email support
Contacting support is entirely opt-in: you only share an email address if you choose to write to me. Those messages are used to answer your question and nothing else — no mailing list, no marketing.
Children
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
